AI Pilot Programs
Everyday experiments with real people
To help inspire ideas, we are already running several AI pilot programs that show how AI can be used in everyday life:

AI + Microstore in Njoro, Kenya
In Njoro, we are working with Grace’s neighborhood microstore to see how AI can help with stock planning, pricing, customer communication, and basic financial tracking. The goal is to show how even a very small shop can use AI to become more profitable and more useful to the local community.

AI + Early Education at Lisam Junior Academy
At Lisam Junior Academy, we are experimenting with ways AI can support teachers and staff in a kindergarten setting: generating learning materials, explaining health topics in clear language, and helping teachers plan lessons more efficiently.

AI + Human Movement: From Exercise to Everyday Work
Through Global Fast Fit and our Local Records programs, we are studying all kinds of human movement — from exercise and sports like table tennis and boxing to construction work and farm labor. Our goal is to use AI and video to help people move more safely, avoid injury, and become more productive in their daily lives.
